When you work with us, we follow a proven process that ensure you end up with the right systems. If you're not sure what you need or you don't have the time and resource to manage the process, we'll deal with everything from start to finish.

Looking for a new system

Discovery session

This is where we capture all your requirements in one go. 

We'll ask questions, take down your requirements and then put together a document ready to go to market. We'll add in our industry knowledge too.

Go to market

Once we've finalised the details with you, we'll head out to market and invite suppliers to tender for your business. 

You can relax and know that we're doing the heavy lifting in line with your bespoke requirements.

Market leading suppliers

The suppliers we work with are market leading and we do all the hard work for you.

 

There's no need to sit through sales pitches or explain what you need. We can also provide you with multiple quotes.

Product demonstrations

Once your suppliers have been shortlisted, we set up equipment demos based on exactly what you need. 

Every demo is bespoke and based on our initial discovery session findings and we act as a buffer between your business and the supplier.

Selection and negotiations

When you've selected your preferred supplier, we inform the rest and then fully support you when it comes to the negotiation stage.
