Hi, I’m Andrew Moules, owner & founder of Red Rose Technologies.
Telephony, Contact Center and Unified Communications is all I know and all I have ever done.
Having spent most of my 20-year career managing multiple technology projects from a company with two users wanting their first telephone system to multi-location, multi-technology projects for some big household names. I decided now was the time to follow my dream of starting my own business in a sector I love.
It was time to take my industry knowledge, experience & supplier relationships & build something new…. enter Red Rose Technologies.
My vision is to bring something disruptive to the market by offering a unique approach to clients looking at changing phone systems or contact centre set up, all wrapped up with my passion for telephony and helping people.
So, what is Red Rose Tech all about, well it’s important that my clients don't consider me a supplier, that’s not what we do, we are a partner and a resource. We are here to guide clients through the full cycle of design, research, procurement, supplier selection and delivery, and to really deliver a solution fit for purpose a deeper understanding of my clients structure, culture and goals are necessary. To complement the almost overwhelming choice of suppliers & technology options available, I act as a senior resource who has decades of experience in the telecoms & unified communications industry & knowledge of the available suppliers to the UK. Meaning we are impartial and informative when talking to our clients about their options.
Although all my services are bespoke, the end goal of my work is to help organisations select the most suitable solution, negotiate fair and competitive pricing for my clients (although we don't get involved with cheap and cheerful £2 telephony, sorry that's not our bag) and help with company-wide adoption.
